Jeremy Norton
Managing Partner
Jeremy Norton is a dynamic entrepreneur and partner at Crown Sports Center, well-known across the region as the founder of Roadie Joe’s Bar and Grill in Berlin and Salisbury. Deeply passionate about sports, community, and exceptional customer service, he pairs his business acumen with a Class D soccer coaching license to bring over a decade of valuable experience to our youth programs.
Outside of the facility, Jeremy is an avid sports memorabilia collector, gamer, and dedicated animal lover. Additionally, when he isn’t managing operations, you can find him staying active in the local area or spending quality time with his wife and daughter while cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.
Cody Revel
General Manager
Cody Revel is the General Manager of Crown Sports Center and a passionate advocate for youth empowerment through sports and recreation. With over a decade of experience, including as the former owner of The Athlete Academy, LLC, Cody leads a dedicated team focused on building programs that promote teamwork, healthy living, and personal growth.
Currently, he oversees business development, event bookings, and program innovation. His ultimate goal is fostering a supportive environment where young people can develop athletic skills, character, and lasting friendships.
Adam Manning
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations and Sports Director at Crown Sports Center, Adam Manning oversees sports programming and facility operations. He draws on over 20 years of soccer coaching experience and a degree in Coaching and Sports Management from Salisbury University. Formerly the Goalkeeper Coach at Wesley College, Adam is widely known for his player development and leadership in the soccer community.
Furthermore, he lives in Fruitland, MD with his wife, Rachel, and their three sons. Consequently, family and soccer remain central to his life each and every day.
Mandy Schuyler
Childcare Manager/Family Entertainment Center Manager
Mandy Schuyler is the Director of Childcare with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership. With a career spanning 28 years as the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization, Mandy has successfully overseen and implemented a wide range of programs. Additionally, her leadership covers diverse areas including sports, preschool, school-age, and seniors programs.
Her passion for children and their families is the driving force behind her work. Consequently, she remains dedicated to creating supportive, enriching environments for children and their families. Mandy’s leadership and commitment to serving others have made a lasting impact in her community, building programs that promote growth, development, and well-being.

Food and Beverage Manager
Leah Senatus brings a lifelong love of food to her role as Food and Beverage Manager at Crown Sports Center. She started cooking at a young age alongside her grandmothers, coming from a family long known for feeding people and bringing everyone together around a good meal.
For Leah, food is more than a job — it’s something she genuinely loves. She’s passionate about trying new things, making people happy through food, and watching others enjoy something she’s created. She’s excited to bring that same passion to Crown Sports Center, helping make the food and beverage experience just as fun and welcoming as everything else happening at the facility.
Luke Bromley
Marketing Manager
Luke Bromley strives to bring innovation, creativity, and professionalism to his role as Marketing Manager. Born and raised on the Eastern Shore, Luke graduated from Parkside High School in 2020 and later from Salisbury University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
Currently, he plays a highly versatile role across our departments. He manages marketing efforts such as social media outreach, graphic design, and capturing content while also supporting sports operations. At Crown Sports Center since 2024, Luke remains dedicated to bettering the community he grew up in.
Alex Armstrong
Youth Soccer Programs Manager
Alex Armstrong is the Youth Soccer Programs Manager at Crown Sports Center with extensive coaching experience and a passion for developing young athletes. He is a US Soccer Licensed Coach and is certified in Youth Talent Identification by the England FA. Additionally, Alex brings over 10 years of experience coaching at the Travel and Academy levels in Virginia.
He played four years of college soccer at Ferrum College and has continued to play at the semi-professional level. Consequently, he combines a deep understanding of the game with a true commitment to fostering talent and a love for the beautiful game.
Trevin Vazquez
Cub Programs Manager
As the Cub Programs Manager at Crown Sports Center, Trevin oversees our specialized early-development sports programs designed for children ages 2 to 6. A longtime resident of Salisbury, he brings over a decade of experience in athletic development, personal training, and multi-sport youth coaching to our youngest athletes.
Additionally, Trevin holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Marketing and Communication from Liberty University. Guided by a leadership philosophy of community impact and continuous growth, he is dedicated to helping children build confidence, character, and a lifelong love for sports and fitness.
Amber Elliott
Basketball Programs Manager
As the Basketball Programs Manager at Crown Sports Center, Amber oversees our basketball programs, leagues, camps, clinics, and tournaments for youth and adults. She is a native of Baltimore City who has spent most of her life on the Eastern Shore. Additionally, she brings more than 10 years of coaching, leadership, and program development experience. Her extensive background includes competing at the Division I level and serving as an assistant women’s basketball coach for the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Furthermore, she has coached extensively at the youth, AAU, and collegiate levels, and is the co-owner of Xposure Athletics.
Amber holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Guided by a leadership philosophy of community performance and engagement, she remains dedicated to creating high-quality programs. Consequently, these programs help athletes of all ages and abilities develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game in a positive environment.
Chris Wright
Sports Staff
Chris Wright is a dedicated soccer player and coach with a passion for the sport that began in high school. Hailing from Ridgely, Maryland, Chris attended North Caroline High School, where he excelled on the soccer field. Following high school, Chris pursued his academic and athletic ambitions at Wesley College in Dover, Delaware, continuing to develop his skills and compete at a collegiate level.
Currently, Chris plays for the MASL2 team, the Salisbury Steaks, showcasing his talent and commitment to the game. In addition to competing, he also shares the love for soccer by coaching U16 and U18 travel soccer teams, helping to nurture the next generation of players. Chris is dedicated to fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic both on and off the field.
Daniella Terrero

Daniella Terrero is an essential part of the Crown Sports Center sports staff, focusing heavily on organizing and supporting our various sports leagues. Additionally, she handles bilingual communications for our diverse sports programs. ¡Hablamos Español!
Daniella excels in attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to creating a smooth experience for players and families alike. Consequently, her dedication helps ensure each league runs efficiently. Whether she is coordinating complex schedules or assisting with daily league operations, Daniella’s passion makes her an important contributor to the success of Crown’s athletic programs.

Renee Stephens is a skilled administrative assistant at Crown Sports Center, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our facility. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Renee efficiently manages administrative tasks, including scheduling events, coordinating customer service, and maintaining records. Her ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism allows the entire center to run smoothly.
Furthermore, Renee is widely known for her friendly and approachable demeanor, which helps foster a welcoming atmosphere at the center. Whether she is handling general inquiries, supporting sports programs, or assisting with backend logistics, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our operations run seamlessly.
