Jeremy Norton
Managing Partner
Jeremy Norton is a dynamic entrepreneur and partner at Crown Sports Center, as well as the founder of Roadie Joe’s Bar and Grill in Berlin and Salisbury. Passionate about sports, community, and customer service, he combines his Class D soccer coaching license with strong business acumen. Outside of work, Jeremy is an avid sports memorabilia collector, gamer, and animal lover who enjoys quality time with his wife and daughter, cheering on Philadelphia teams, and staying active in the local community.
Cody Revel
General Manager
Cody Revel is the General Manager of Crown Sports Center and a passionate advocate for youth empowerment through sports and recreation. With over a decade of experience, including as the former owner of The Athlete Academy, LLC, Cody leads a dedicated team focused on building programs that promote teamwork, healthy living, and personal growth. He oversees business development, event bookings, and program innovation, all while fostering a supportive environment where young people can develop athletic skills, character, and lasting friendships.
Adam Manning
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations and Sports Director at Crown Sports Center, Adam Manning oversees sports programming and facility operations, drawing on over 20 years of soccer coaching experience and a degree in Coaching and Sports Management from Salisbury University. Formerly the Goalkeeper Coach at Wesley College, Adam is known for his player development and leadership in the soccer community. He lives in Fruitland, MD with his wife, Rachel, and their three sons, where family and soccer remain central to his life.
Shawn Tucker
Sports Director
Shawn Tucker is the Sports Director at Crown Sports Center, bringing a strong background in athletics and a passion for creating positive, competitive, and inclusive environments. He is incredibly excited to join the team and continue building a positive, competitive, and inclusive sports environment for our community. Shawn’s goal is to develop programs that not only teach skills but also instill values like teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. He look forward to growing with the athletes, coaches, and families we serve.
Mandy Schuyler
Childcare Manager
Mandy Schuyler is the Director of Childcare with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership. With a career spanning 28 years as the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization, Mandy has successfully overseen and implemented a wide range of programs, including sports, preschool, school-age, and seniors programs.
Her passion for children and their families is the driving force behind her work, as she is dedicated to creating supportive, enriching environments for children and their families. Mandy’s leadership and commitment to serving others have made a lasting impact in her community, building programs that promote growth, development, and well-being.
Marcus Wright
Food and Beverage/Family Entertainment Center Manager
Marcus Wright brings a passion for community engagement and over 15 years of leadership experience to his role as Food & Beverage/FEC Manager at Crown Sports Center. With a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests, Marcus oversees the operations of the café, concession stand, and family entertainment center, ensuring top-notch service and innovative offerings.
A Seaford native, Marcus combines his background in public service and program management with a love for hospitality and recreation. His dedication to teamwork and customer satisfaction helps make Crown Sports Center a hub for fun and connection in the community.
Kayla paugh
Marketing Manager
Kayla is the head of the Marketing department at Crown Sports Center, where she oversees the content creation for a wide variety of events and sports and implements marketing strategies for all departments. With several years of experience in the field, Kayla graduated from Wilmington University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and certifications in Marketing Management and Digital Media. Passionate about combining creativity with strategy, Kayla is dedicated to producing engaging content that connects with audiences and drives results!
Renee Stephens
Business Assistant
Renee Stephens is a skilled administrative assistant at Crown Sports Center, where she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Renee efficiently manages day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling events, coordinating customer service, and maintaining records. Her ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism allows the center to run efficiently and provide exceptional experiences for both participants and staff.
Renee is known for her friendly and approachable demeanor, helping to foster a welcoming atmosphere at Crown Sports Center. Whether handling inquiries, supporting the sports programs, or assisting with logistics, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the center’s operations run seamlessly.
Alex Armstrong
Youth Soccer Coordinator
Alex Armstrong is the Director of Youth Soccer at Crown Sports Center with extensive coaching experience and a passion for developing young athletes. A US Soccer Licensed Coach and certified in Youth Talent Identification by the England FA, Alex brings over 10 years of experience coaching at the Travel and Academy levels in Virginia.
Alex played four years of college soccer at Ferrum College and has continued to play at the semi-professional level, combining a deep understanding of the game with a commitment to fostering talent and a love for the beautiful game.
Lashon Mays
Family Entertainment Center Coordinator
Lashon is a key member of the Family Entertainment Center team at Crown Sports Center, working closely under FEC Manager Marcus to help coordinate daily operations and ensure guests have a fun, memorable experience. Whether assisting with birthday parties, managing arcade activities, or supporting Clip ‘n Climb and laser tag, Lashon brings a positive attitude and strong attention to detail that helps everything run smoothly. Her commitment to customer service and creating a welcoming environment makes her an important part of the Crown team.
Chris Wright
Sports Staff
Chris Wright is a dedicated soccer player and coach with a passion for the sport that began in high school. Hailing from Ridgely, Maryland, Chris attended North Caroline High School, where he excelled on the soccer field. Following high school, Chris pursued his academic and athletic ambitions at Wesley College in Dover, Delaware, continuing to develop his skills and compete at a collegiate level.
Currently, Chris plays for the MASL2 team, the Salisbury Steaks, showcasing his talent and commitment to the game. In addition to competing, he also shares the love for soccer by coaching U16 and U18 travel soccer teams, helping to nurture the next generation of players. Chris is dedicated to fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic both on and off the field.
Damarius Kelley & Luke Bromley
Sports Staff
Damarius and Luke are essential members of the Crown Sports Center sports staff team, working under Sports Director Adam Manning to support programs, leagues, and events. Damarius brings energy and leadership to the field as both a coach and staff member, helping athletes grow their skills and confidence. Luke plays a versatile role—supporting sports operations while also assisting with marketing efforts, graphic design, and content capturing to showcase all the excitement at Crown. Their dedication, teamwork, and passion for sports make them valuable assets to both the staff and the community.
