Looking to rent a field, court, or event space at Crown? You have come to the right place!
Follow the below instructions to request a field rental.
Important Notes:
- All rental requests take place online. Please use the reservation request system below to reserve your field.
- Rental rates vary based on the field type, day of the week, etc. This information is listed in our reservation system.
- Full Payment is required via credit card to hold your booking. You will be charged the full amount even if you are a no-show. You may adjust your rental if it is 72 hours before your rental time.
- The rental balance must be paid prior to the reservation. This can be done online through LeagueApps Facilities.
- Reservations must be made in advance of the rental.
Multiple reservations/ongoing practice, etc:
- For multiple reservations such as seasonal practice or recurring group training, please contact sports@playatcrown.com
Instructions to rent a field or batting cage:
- Use the below buttons to begin the rental process in LeagueApps Facilities & the Batting cages through TeamUp.
- Once you have created an account or signed in, you may book online.
- We are no longer using DaySmart as our booking software.
